Distinguished Alumni Award

This award was created by the Alumni of Victoria College Executive in 1997 and is given annually to a Victoria College Alumna/us who has distinguished her or himself through extraordinary contribution to society at large, including social, business, political, educational, cultural, or religious life. Such contributions can be at the local, national or international level in recognition of recent or lifetime achievement.

Congratulations to Robert C. Wong Vic 6T3 ,
the 2012 Victoria College Distinguished Alumni Award recipient.

A dinner in his honour will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013, in Alumni Hall, Victoria College Building.

Now Accepting Distinguished Alumni Award Nominations for 2013
Do you know a Vic grad who is making a significant contribution to the society? Nominate him or her for the Distinguished Alumni Award. Nominations for the 2013 Distinguished Alumni Award are due November 30, 2013.

Nominees will be considered by a Selection Committee comprised as follows:

• Past President of the AVC (Chair)
• President of the AVC Executive
• One additional member of the AVC Executive
• The Director of Alumni Affairs
• The Alumni Affairs Officer
• The Chairman of the Alumni Affairs and Advancement Committee of the Board of Regents
• The Chair of the Victoria Student Ambassadors
