Forms:

If you are receiving funding from any of the above plans on a yearly basis you will need to be enrolled for full-time* studies and/or certification and successfully complete each year of study. Most plans provide forms for this purpose. Bring forms to the Victoria College Registrar's Office (NF 106) to be verified. If you wish, the Registrar’s Office will be able to submit completed forms directly to the applicable scholarship trust company.

Deferral:

If you have any specific questions regarding your scholarship plan and/or have not completed the academic year level required to qualify for your scholarship by the deadline issued by your trust company, consult the plan for terms of deferral and continuing eligibility.

Summer Session:

Please note that credits obtained from summer courses may be added in the credit count to qualify for the next semester or level. Please contact your scholarship plan for information about extension of the scholarship deadlines.

Most plans provide funding for four full years of undergraduate studies.
