Victoria University is committed to the belief that our students should have a robust and diverse undergraduate experience. Research has repeatedly shown us that what students want is the same thing: they want to do well in school and have a life-changing experience.
Ideas for the World does just that. As an umbrella program with different sections, Ideas for the World blends social interaction, academic reflection, and community awareness (locally and globally). The program is transformative and engaging for all who participate.
Each offering of the program consists of 8-10 weekly, seminar-style discussions. Discussions are led by selected UofT faculty and guest speakers.
Campus (Re) Conciliations: First Listenings is a conference being hosted by Victoria College in the University of Toronto on Friday March 24th, 2017. The conference will feature a keynote speaker, two panels, and breakout sessions with the goal of future engagement. Lunch and a light breakfast will be provided for all attendees. This is a free conference open to all, but spaces are limited so please register online as soon as possible.
