Our initial mentor application deadline has passed, but due to the high level of interest, we are still accepting applications from students who would like to be placed on a waiting list for mentor positions. Please complete the application below, and you will be contacted if a position becomes available.

We're looking for Vic students to be mentors for Humanities for Humanity (H4H) in the Fall 2016 term. Being an H4H mentor is a rewarding volunteer experience, and will particularly interest you if you have a passion for the humanities, education, or social work. Mentors who complete the program in good standing receive a designation on their co-curricular record (CCR).

Volunteer Responsibilities

  • Complete weekly assigned readings.
  • Welcome community participants at each session and make conversation over dinner.
  • Facilitate group discussion of assigned readings.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a Victoria College student. (Trinity College students may apply through their Dean of Students' Office. Email for more information.)
  • Must be in second year or above.
