What: Instructor Jon Berrie will facilitate a mindfulness session by guiding us through a variety of mindfulness meditation techniques. Yoga mats are provided for this session.

A few words on Mindfulness...
Mindfulness meditation is about being aware and present in the moment. In focusing on what happened in the past and worrying about the future, we become disconnected from the present. This can lead to a lot of stress. By practising mindfulness we can learn to slow down and be more present.
Mindfulness is about cultivating an awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings.
Participating in mindfulness meditation can help increase your focus, relaxation, and resilience.
