International Mentors

International Mentor Team 2018-19
New to Toronto? The International Mentors offer support with your transition into the city and the Vic community. They work closely with the Assistant Dean, International and Upper year Students.

Your International Mentors are Upper Year International Students who have first-hand experience with the successful transition to the city and campus community. They are selected and trained to provide peer support to you as an incoming International Students.

International Mentors, in conjunction with the Office of the Dean of Student, help support the following:

1. International Student Orientation (ISO): You will first meet your assigned Upper Year International Mentor at ISO.

2. Updates: Your mentors will share and send you regular emails with important campus events and information. You can always contact your mentors with any questions as well.

3. BiWeekly Events: Your mentors will host a variety of social events that will help you connect with other students and get to know the city.
