A warm meal will be provided to all participants at each session.

1.  Resiliency and Learning: reflecting on last semester, working on motivation and a growth mindset

2. Balance and Whole Health Habits: building new habits & releasing old ones; developing a strategic schedule

3. Concrete Study Strategies: focusing on effective reading, studying and note-taking strategies

4. Strategies for Successful & Resilient Test-taking: staying accountable to yourself
