Events involving alcohol must be emailed 6 weeks in advance of requested date.
All other booking requests must be completed 15 days in advance. Requests made for the same day will not be accepted after 12 PM noon on the same day. Same day requests must be done by visiting the Events Victoria Office located on the first floor of 140 Charles Street West.
Please complete the information below in order to check the availability of space.
After the space has been confirmed by the Events Victoria Office, the CLC/RLC will follow-up to conduct a risk assessment of your event.
