Is your name missing accents? If so, please see Office of Convocation webpage for information. For any other changes to your name, please come to the Victoria College Registrar's Office with photo identification to complete a Change of Name or Gender Form. Deadlines for name changes and diplomas apply.
If you do not attend your Convocation ceremony you may pick-up your diploma from the Office of Convocation (Simcoe Hall, 27 King's College Circle, room 102) or you may arrange to have your diploma mailed. See the website for pick-up dates.
Students who upgrade to an Honours degree or a four-year degree are NOT eligible to attend the convocation ceremony to receive the upgraded degree. For those upgrading to an Honours degree, original diplomas must be returned to the Office of Convocation before new diplomas will be released.
Diplomas will not be released to students who have outstanding fees from previous sessions. To have a financial hold released, present proof of payment to the Victoria College Registrar's Office, NF106. Financial holds normally take 2-3 business days to clear.

Pre-paid composite photos from 2019 and previous years are available for pick-up from the Victoria College Registrar's Office, NF106.
It is the student's responsibility to verify that all program of study and degree requirements are complete. Degree Explorer, an on-line tool, performs degree and program assessments. Students may make appointments to review degree level requirements with an academic advisor at the Victoria College Registrar's Office. Please ensure that your programs of study are correct and up to date on ACORN before you make a graduation request. Questions regarding programs requirements should be directed to departments.
Students who request to graduate in June will receive email confirmation of program status from departments in February or March. Students who request to graduate in November will receive confirmation in September or October. Program status is also posted in Degree Explorer. If you have questions about the accuracy of a program assessment, please check with the department or program sponsor.
Only the Faculty of Arts and Science can confirm that degree requirements are complete. Confirmation is emailed in late October for November graduates and April/May for June graduates. Should you require early confirmation, you may request a Letter of Eligibility to Graduate. If your degree has already been conferred, you may request a University of Toronto Certification of Degree. Transcripts are available from the University of Toronto. Third parties are directed to the University of Toronto Confirmation of Degree website.
