How yoga, healthy diet, and mindfulness improve academic success.
This lecture will include accessible forms of breathing and movement in order to allow us to feel their tangible effects. We will discuss the effects of yoga and nutrition on mind and body and how developing a more conscious way of experiencing life can contribute to your overall success. All are welcome with no level of experience necessary.
Taught by Juliana Belinko who has been teaching yoga and studying meditation for a decade. Having begun with a degree in psychology, her studies include a holistic approach to nutrition based on Chinese medicine and the Indian system of Ayurveda.
